Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver end-to-end event planning, including logistics, venues, suppliers, and on-the-day execution.
* Support the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
* Manage event communications, invitations, and attendee engagement.
* Track budgets, timelines, and campaign performance to ensure objectives are met.
* Assist with content creation for marketing materials, social media, and promotional activities.
* Analyse campaign and event performance, producing reports and insights.
About You
* Previous experience in a marketing, events, or coordination role.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* A proactive, can‑do attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
* Creative mindset with a passion for events and brand experiences.
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms is a plus.
