What The Job Covers
1. Understand client's goals, challenges, & expectations and advocate for the client's brand.
2. Ensure accurate briefs are provided to team members, including timelines, and drive the process through to delivery in conjunction with senior account handlers.
3. Maintain good day-to-day communication with clients, proactively updating them on project statuses and gaining responses to GPC’s questions.
4. Build strong relationships with clients to position the agency as a trusted partner.
5. Ensure client response rates are maintained at a professional and appropriate level at all key milestones.
6. Support clients in understanding project steps, providing explanations where needed.
7. Ensure the team has all necessary information, liaise with all departments within GPC, and work closely with the team to ensure high-quality delivery and timely progress.
8. Keep the team updated on industry developments, trends, and competitors’ activities relevant to our business or clients.
9. Reconcile projects regularly, provide internal status updates, and flag any scope deviations to the Account Manager.
10. Apply strategic thinking to all deliverables, considering their fit within the bigger picture of the project or client’s business, and develop skills collaboratively.
11. Support account upsell and value-add projects for clients.
Who we’re looking for
* 5+ years of account management and client services experience in online advertising and outbound sales.
* Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
* Prior experience at an online publisher, ad exchange, ad network, DSP, or other online advertising/content position.
* Understanding of the Asian market and digital landscape.
* Proven track record of achieving targets and objectives.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct sales presentations.
