Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized care and support to individuals, including assisting with meals, medications, and personal care
Foster a positive and energetic attitude, maintaining a high level of dignity and respect for each individual
Develop and implement engaging activities to promote social interaction and companionship
Work flexibly across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and continuous support
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 6 months’ experience in healthcare settings in the UK
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
