About the Role:
Are you an aspiring Junior IT Instructor looking to transition into a career in teaching? We have an exciting opportunity for a new Instructor to join our team and deliver high-quality, engaging instruction in Information Technology. You will be responsible for aiding in designing and delivery of lessons that help learners develop practical, job-ready skills in IT, tailored to their level and goals. NO FORMAL TEACHING EXPERINECE NEEDED.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver IT training sessions in accordance with the curriculum.
* Adapt content for learners of varying experience levels and learning styles.
* Support learners through one-on-one guidance, assessments, and feedback.
* Keep course materials and teaching practices up-to-date with current industry standards.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
* Contribute to curriculum development and improvement efforts.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience in IT (e.g., networking, support, cybersecurity, or software).
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
Desirable:
* Experience teaching adult learners or diverse student populations.
* Familiarity with online and blended learning platforms.
* Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent).
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) or a degree in a related field.
