Social Worker - Adults Multi-Disciplinary Team. We are seeking a dynamic Higher Specialist Social Worker to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team in Reading, UK. Responsibilities
* Work as a pivotal part of the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub, conducting thorough assessments to inform precise decision-making.
* Collaborate with a range of agencies to ensure the protection and welfare of children and young people.
* Utilise extensive frontline experience to manage complex cases effectively and efficiently.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable working environment.
* Stay up to date with best practices and implement these in daily responsibilities to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent qualification in social work, and current registration with Social Work England.
* Significant frontline experience in Social Services as a Qualified Social Worker.
* Experience working within safeguarding frameworks and an innovative approach to duties.
