CENTRE ADMIN (12 MONTH FTC)
DIDCOT, OXFORD
Upto £28,000k + 9.5% pension and a suite of benefits.
Are you a highly organised, detail-driven administrator looking to play a pivotal role at the heart of a thriving shopping destination? We are seeking a professional and proactive Centre Administrator to support the Centre Management Team at a busy shopping centre in Didcot.
This is a key position within the centre, acting as the first point of contact for occupiers, stakeholders, contractors and visitors. You will be central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative and financial operations of the centre while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
THE ROLE...
As Centre Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to the Centre Management Team. You will be responsible for managing financial processes, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communications, and ensuring operational efficiency across the centre.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES...
* Supporting financial accounts, including reconciliation and budgeting processes
* You will act as the primary contact for occupiers and stakeholders, building positive working relationships and ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally.
* Raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records
* Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
* Managing correspondence, communications, and stakeholder enquiries
* Coordinating meetings, diaries, and centre documentation
* Maintaining digital and physical filing systems with forensic attention to detail
* Supporting marketing and operational initiatives as required
* Ensuring compliance with company procedures and confidentiality standards

Essential Skills & Experience:
* Experience with financial accounts, reconciliation and budgeting processes
* Strong numerical skills
* High level of digital literacy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms
* Forensic attention to detail
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
* Ability to interpret and understand business operations
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality output to strict deadlines
* Articulate communicator across all mediums
* Confidence to work on your own initiative
* Strong experience using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
* Ability to demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times
