About the Opportunity
Trinity House Group is partnering exclusively with a mission-driven charity based in Central Birmingham to appoint a Head of Digital Transformation.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead an organisation-wide transformation programme that will modernise systems, embed a culture of change, and strengthen the charity’s ability to deliver positive impact for the communities it serves.
The Role
As Head of Digital Transformation, you will provide strategic leadership and oversee the design and delivery of the charity’s digital, data, and middle-office transformation agenda. You’ll lead complex programmes of work, build and inspire a new team, and act as a key driver of cultural and technological change.
This is not just about implementing systems – it’s about embedding a new way of working, ensuring the organisation is future-ready and positioned to maximise its social impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the charity’s digital transformation strategy, aligning technology, people, and processes to deliver real change.
* Deliver a portfolio of programmes and projects with strong governance and measurable outcomes.
* Oversee the transformation of data, middle-office, and technology platforms, ensuring they are enabling, connected, and impactful.
* Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transformation is delivered through cultural change.
* Build and lead a new digital transformation team, setting high standards of performance, innovation, and collaboration.
* Act as a forward thinker and challenger, bringing fresh ideas and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an experienced and mission-driven leader who combines vision, delivery, and cultural change expertise.
You will bring:
* A track record of strategic leadership in digital, tech, or data transformation.
* Demonstrated success in programme management and delivery.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to win hearts and minds.
* Experience of building and leading new teams, ideally within a transformation context.
* The ability to balance delivery discipline with fresh, forward-thinking perspectives.
* A deep motivation to make a difference, with values aligned to the positive social impact of the charity.
