Job Responsibilities

1. Support Brand lead, BMs, RBMs, and Finance partner with Promo/IFT budget, including raising CSJs, SOWs, POs, and tracking invoices. Note: Market Access projects for the Brand Team are in MA budget; all POs/invoices to be handled by MA admin.
2. Organize bookings for venues and hospitality for internal meetings.
3. Assist Marketing team with MAPs and PromoMats, and support tiering of HCPs with Medical where appropriate.
4. Liaise with print agency for printed materials.
5. Handle PSA contracting for HCPs and agencies, including payments and contract management (MSA/CDA).
6. Manage diaries for brand team meetings, including booking meeting rooms.
7. Arrange logistics for AS meetings, such as hotel stays and materials dispatch.
8. Address ad hoc requests like audit readiness reviews.
9. Support withdrawal of materials and document minutes/actions during Brand Team meetings.
10. Assist with onboarding new team members, including calendar invites, materials, business cards, and stands/tablecloths.
11. Provide administrative support to the Business Unit Manager.


Experience and Qualifications

* Degree in Science/Life Science or Marketing, or equivalent professional experience. Additional marketing qualifications are a plus.
