Job Summary
Full or Part time Position available, 3 days minimum.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care within our dental practice. As a Dental Nurse, you will assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring that patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. This position requires strong communication skills, and excellent organisational abilities.
Duties
* Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and sterilised .
* Provide exceptional patient care by reassuring patients and addressing their concerns .
* Maintain accurate patient records and prepare treatment plans.
* Assist with the organisation of the practice's daily operations.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.
Experience
* Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and understanding
* IT skills to manage electronic patient records efficiently, previous use of R4 software would be advantageous, but not essential as training can be provided to the right candidate
* Excellent communication skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment
