We’re looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Manager who can combine engineering insight with commercial drive to help us grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Sales Manager, you’ll act as the bridge between our engineering team and our customers — understanding complex technical requirements, offering tailored solutions, and nurturing long-term relationships with clients across high-performance industries.
Job Role
· Develop and manage new business opportunities within the aerospace and industrial sectors.
· Work closely with clients to understand technical needs and propose/quote appropriate acoustic solutions.
· Prepare/deliver proposals and bids.
· Where needed, attend trade shows, industry events, and client site visits to promote our capabilities.
· Maintain and grow key accounts through regular communication and solution updates.
· Collaborate with engineering/project management teams to ensure project feasibility and accurate scoping.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
· Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business strategy.
Requirements Essential
Experience in technical sales, business development, or customer-facing engineering roles.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Self-starter attitude with commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
· Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events (UK and international)
Working Hours - Monday to Thursday 8-30am to 5-15pm and Friday 8-30am to 1-00 pm.
25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
After 5 years of service, holiday will increase to 30 days plus bank holidays.
Must be a UK Resident and have the right to work in the UK.
