THE POSITION: Senior Creative designer
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
We are looking for a visionary and aesthetic-driven visual designer! We need you to proactively solve problems with design language, excelling in typography, photo compositing, and creative storytelling. Core Requirements
* Proficient in Adobe Suite (PS, AI), with solid skills in Chinese/English typography and image compositing
* Skilled in using AI tools to assist creative design
* Proficient in AE/PR for motion design, with strong GIF/video production skills and the ability to provide creative direction for video shoots
* 3-4 years of design experience with a mature portfolio demonstrating creativity and execution
* Experience in social media operations, proficient in designing WeChat long-form posts and social media visuals; experience with both overseas and domestic social platforms is a plus
* Internet-savvy, up-to-date with the latest design trends
* Proactive thinker, able to understand client needs and translate them into creative design solutions rather than simply following instructions
* Strong communication skills, adaptable to agency workflow and efficient in aligning requirements and feedback
* Creative thinking, capable of collaborating with the team to develop engaging campaign ideas
* As a senior designer, capable of mentoring interns and junior designers
