Head of Digital at The Underfloor Heating Store | Driving eCommerce, CRM, SEO, PPC & Marketing Strategy | Digital Transformation
We are recruiting for a dynamic and results-oriented CRM and Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
The Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our customer relationship management and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence, managing our marketing campaigns, and leveraging data to optimise performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies to enhance the customer lifecycle and increase sales/profits.
* Manage and maintain our CRM platform and work with our Sales and Digital teams to drive performance.
* Own our customer-facing Marketing campaigns to support our promotional activity and new product launches.
* Work with our Finance team to improve our customer segmentation to deliver personalised and targeted Marketing and CRM activity.
* Track, analyse, and report on KPIs related to our Marketing and CRM initiatives, to continually drive improvement in these areas.
* Train and support our colleagues to use our CRM platform effectively.
Key Skills:
* Ability to analyse customer insights to continually improve our strategy.
* 3+ years experience with HubSpot administration (required).
* Understanding of how to deliver effective Marketing campaigns.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Project Management Experience (preferred).
