Vehicle Technician - All skill levels consideredLocation:Melton MowbraySalary:£30,000 £50,000 (Depending on experience) + Excellent Benefits & BonusesAutotech Recruit arerecruiting for a growing multi-franchise dealership in Melton Mowbray, now representing four major brands and expanding across a modern 3.5-acre site. We're looking for two Vehicle Technicians at any skill levelMechanical, Diagnostic, Master, or Auto Electrical.The Role:
* Diagnose and repair vehicles to a high standard
* Complete eVHCs and accurate paperwork
* Follow MOT/manufacturer guidelines
* Keep the workshop safe and organised
* Take part in ongoing training and upskilling
What You Need:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years experience (main dealer NOT essential)
* EV qualification desirable (training available)
* Strong problem-solving ability
* Full UK driving licence and a positive attitude
