Role Responsibilities
Join Reed Bristol as a Recruitment Consultant focusing on engineering, property, and construction sectors across Bristol and the South West. Responsibilities include conducting the full recruitment lifecycle: identifying client leads, developing relationships, role briefing, negotiating fees, headhunting, sourcing candidates, organizing interviews, conducting right-to-work and reference checks, and assisting with onboarding.
