We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, UK-wide engineering company for a Hire, Parts & Service Coordinator to join their busy team on a temp-to-perm basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and eager to take ownership of their role. The right candidate will play a key part in supporting the smooth running of the department, with opportunities to develop and progress.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the hire and return of parts and equipment, ensuring maintenance and safety standards are met
*
Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients
*
Ensure invoices are issued promptly and followed up to secure payment
*
Provide after-market service and follow-up to identify opportunities for new or repeat business
*
Liaise with engineers to ensure systems are updated correctly and consistently
*
Handle materials and products with care, maintaining clear and accurate records
