This role offers a competitive package and the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of rural property and land projects across Cornwall.
Responsibilities
* Provide sales, valuation, and consultancy advice across a range of rural property and land matters.
* Value land and property, negotiate sales, and advise clients on rural property strategies.
* Attend agricultural events and conduct site visits.
* Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
Qualifications
* Experience within a similar Farm Agent or Rural Surveyor position.
* Strong negotiation and business development skills.
* Understanding of rural property and agricultural sectors.
* Commutable to one of the Cornwall offices or willing to relocate.
