Who we’re looking for

We’re searching for an experienced Account Manager to join our award-winning creative agency, supporting the delivery of creative assets and driving up-sell opportunities across our growing client base.

You will be a digital native and understand the needs of our client base, you’ll directly build and oversee relationships with our clients, ensuring realtime comms throughout the creative delivery process.


What you’ll do

Client Relationship & Strategy

* Own day-to-day client communication and be the go-to Aura contact for all account matters in your pod.
* Understand client goals, growth challenges, and brand nuances to guide our creative and performance approach.
* Partner with the Creative Strategist to ensure strategy and creative testing roadmaps align with client objectives.
* Confidently lead client calls, presenting updates, results, and recommendations, drawing expertise from the Creative & Strategy teams as needed.


Project Delivery & Communication

* Manage the delivery of creative assets, ensuring all deadlines, briefs, and approvals are met.
* Coordinate between internal teams (creative, strategy, paid social, ops) to maintain clear communication and smooth workflows.
* Track project progress and proactively identify blockers or risks to timelines.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and delivery trackers.
* Own scope control, ensure deliverables, timelines, and resources remain within agreed parameters, and manage change requests transparently with clients, in line with our internal credit system.


Performance & Growth

* Ensure client performance outcomes are understood, reported, and actioned on.
* Collaborate with strategists and media buyers to identify learnings and opportunities.
* Support client retention and growth by spotting upsell opportunities and driving renewals.
* Champion Aura’s standards for quality, creativity, and client experience.



What you’ll bring to the team

* 2+ years’ experience in account management or client services.
* Proven success managing multiple clients or campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and the role of creative in performance marketing.
* Strong project management skills - detail-oriented, organised, and proactive under pressure.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident with both data and storytelling.
* Experience with tools like Slack, Monday.com, Frame, Air and Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
