An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to take up the post of Health Care Support Worker on the Island of Colonsay within the Community Nursing Team.
This post is to deliver safe and effective care under the direction of the Island based District Nurse.
If you are a highly motivated, enthusiastic person and are able to work under pressure then this may be the role for you.
You need to be an effective team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. IT skills are essential.
It would be desirable that the post holder will have experience working within health or social care. Ongoing training will be given.
This is a community based post so driving licence is preferable.
The post-holder may be asked to work flexibly in terms of location to develop and support other areas of the Islands Nursing Community Nursing service if required.
