The Opportunity
We’re seeking a senior Platform Architect to lead the design of scalable, integrated system architectures across our technology landscape. This cross-functional role bridges engineering, product, operations, and infrastructure—driving cloud-native initiatives, guiding platform evolution, and mentoring senior engineers to promote technical excellence and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy
* Lead the development of a scalable, future-proof architecture strategy aligned with company goals.
* Design a unified platform connecting key business functions such as sales, finance, and operations.
* Maintain and evolve the architectural roadmap, ensuring alignment with product and business priorities.
* Apply best practices in cloud-native design, security, and compliance.
Technical Leadership & DevOps
* Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship across engineering teams.
* Foster a DevOps-first culture by embedding automation, observability, and operational excellence.
* Balance speed of delivery with maintainable, high-quality architecture.
Collaboration & Influence
* Partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align technology with strategic goals.
* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, simplifying complex decisions and aligning stakeholders.
* Promote a culture of transparency, innovation, and shared accountability.
Team & People Leadership
* Mentor senior engineers and tech leads, fostering technical growth and leadership development.
* Model integrity, humility, and a growth mindset in how we build and collaborate.
* Create an environment where engineers can thrive, contribute, and continuously improve.
What You Bring
* 12+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or enterprise systems leadership.
* Proven track record designing and scaling cloud-native platforms (AWS or Azure experience preferred).
* Strong expertise in microservices, APIs, Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Snowflake, or ServiceNow.
* Broad understanding across domains such as Finance, GTM, Engineering, Security, or Data Infrastructure.
* Excellent communication skills—you can break down complexity and build alignment.
* A pragmatic, business-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
* Experience mentoring senior-level engineers and driving cross-team architecture is a strong plus.
