Who We Are Looking For
The Corporate Estates Business Support Team is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and adaptable individual to join its dynamic and diverse team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a well-organised individual with strong communication skills, capable of building positive relationships with colleagues and customers. Excellent ICT skills are a must.
This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced property professionals and gain hands-on experience in a range of areas, including administration, finance, and ICT. You will play an integral role in supporting the team’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination of tasks and projects with support from a Senior Manager.
What Will You Study?
Apprentices will be supported to complete a Level 3 qualification in Business & Administration.
What will you be paid?
This is a fixed term post for a two-year period and will start in September. You will be paid National Minimum Wage dependent on age:
* 21 & over £12.21
* 18 - 20 £10.00
* Under 18 £7.55

Due to the Apprenticeship entry criteria, applications cannot be accepted from any applicant who has already gained a similar qualification at level 3 or above in the role applied for.
For example, if you have a degree in Civil Engineering you will not be eligible to apply for a Civil Engineering apprenticeship post. However, you could apply for any other apprenticeship post. Any such applications will not be considered.
