Description
You will deliver on the medium- to long-term (9-12 months) forecast of material requirements to suppliers and manage mid- to long-term material plans for assigned plants or co-packers across the region. Responsibilities include PO management, tracking contract coverage, raising requisitions, identifying risks and opportunities in supply plans, and collaborating with business and plant teams. You will work closely with plant operations, suppliers, FG planning, and demand teams to ensure smooth information flow and operational execution.

* Timely delivery of materials to support plant production plans
* Enhance reliability and flexibility by improving MRP accuracy with manufacturing sites

Career and Education Experiences required:
* University degree
* Supply Chain, Economics, Financial, or Logistics education or experience
* Basic understanding of SAP ECC/BI in Supply Chain through formal training and experience
* Mature English communication skills

* Material coded Customer Service Level < 0.1%
* Material coded Conformance To Schedule < 0.5%
* Raw, Pack & WIP inventory coverage and waste spend metrics
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in direct material planning
* Experience within FMCG industry
* International work experience
* Experience with IBP
* APICS CPIM certification or similar
* Knowledge of additional European languages
* End-to-end Supply Chain Management experience
* Innovation and Operational Excellence skills
* Planning Systems & Reporting expertise
