The role will play a key part in leading negotiations with public-sector entities, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience engaging with healthcare stakeholders .
The ideal candidate will bring:
5–10 years’ PQE
Strong commercial and corporate law experience
Proven contract negotiation expertise, particularly in complex or regulated environments
Excellent business acumen with a commercially minded, pragmatic approach
A dynamic mindset, comfortable engaging across a broad range of legal topics
Agility and the ability to pivot across industries and stakeholder groups
