Job Title: Ofsted Registered Individual (RI) Childrens Residential Services Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Homes: 3 x Ofsted-registered EBD homes About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and driven Registered Individual (RI) to provide strategic leadership across a cluster of three Ofsted-registered residential homes in Aylesbury, supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a pivotal role overseeing quality, compliance, and service improvement across all homes ensuring every young person receives exceptional care in a safe, therapeutic environment. ??
