Im working with a fast-growing technology business thats looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 12 years of IT/tech sales experience to join their expanding team.#
This role is perfect for someone whos already had exposure to tech sales and wants to take the next step, with a clear career path to Account Executive within 1218 months.
The Role: As an SDR, youll focus on building pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Youll engage with senior IT decision-makers, understand their challenges, and create interest in innovative IT solutions that make a real impact.
Day-to-day, youll be: Prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to generate new leads
Researching and mapping target accounts within the IT space
Qualifying inbound and outbound leads into sales opportunities
Engaging with stakeholders such as CIOs, CISOs, and IT leaders
Working closely with Account Executives to hand over qualified opportunities
Supporting marketing campaigns, webinars, and events
What were looking for: 12 years experience in IT/tech sales, business development, or lead generation
Confident in outbound prospecting and engaging decision-makers
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised, resilient, and target-driven
Ambitious, coachable, and eager to progress into an Account Executive role
Whats on offer: Up to £45,000 + double OTE
Fast progression to Account Executive (1218 months)
