Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Wimbledon | Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 DOE
An established and well-regarded law firm based in Wimbledon is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing real estate team.
This role is ideally suited to a confident, technically strong lawyer with a broad commercial property background, rather than someone who has specialised narrowly in one area.
The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including (but not limited to):
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Landlord and tenant work
* Commercial leases
* Property finance and development matters
Requirements
* 5–10 years’ PQE
* Strong, well-rounded experience across commercial property
* Solid general real estate background
* Candidates with a mixed residential/commercial caseload will be considered, though strong commercial exposure is essential
What’s on Offer
* Competitive salary of £75,000 – £80,000, depending on experience
* Hybrid working after successful completion of a 6-month probation (3 days office / 2 days home)

* Standard working hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
