To support the continued growth of our project delivery capability, we are looking to recruit Project, Programme and Portfolio Management Degree Apprentice s to join our team based out of Portsmouth. Our project delivery capability is underpinned by a multidisciplinary community of project managers, programme managers and portfolio professionals who work closely with technical specialists across the business. We work on a wide range of challenging and high-impact projects across multiple sectors including, but not limited to, energy, defence, space, government, national infrastructure, transport, and manufacturing. Working within a variety of project and programme teams, you will be supported by experienced colleagues who will guide you through your day-to-day activities. During the apprenticeship, you will contribute to a range of internal and client-facing projects, helping you build a strong understanding of how Frazer-Nash operates and how consultancy projects are delivered in practice. You will gain real-world experience working supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of work. This role requires an interest in project and programme delivery, with a strong desire to learn and develop a career in project management. You will need to demonstrate initiative, problem-solving ability, and strong communication and collaboration skills. We are looking for motivated, inquisitive individuals who enjoy working with people, managing complexity, and helping deliver successful outcomes for our clients, while continuing their professional education in a project management-focused role. Things you can expect To be provided with an internal mentor, who will be with you for assistance day-to-day during your education. Working alongside experienced colleagues who will ensure you are included in project work and will be able to assist answering questions or provide guidance as necessary. Working within a multidisciplinary team, working on solutions to fulfil client needs. Work towards a BSc (Honours) Degree in Project Management.
