Requirements
Must have:
- Strong background in cloud-based contact center solutions - Hands-on experience in system design, integration, and troubleshooting of CCaaS platforms - Experience managing the RFP procurement process - Excellent communication and client management skills - Ability to translate business needs into tailored solutions - Familiarity with optimizing customer service and operational efficiency
Responsibilities:
- Assess and optimize our contact center operations using cloud-based solutions - Implement and enhance CCaaS solutions to drive customer service improvements - Manage the end-to-end RFP procurement process for the new telephony CCaaS system - Collaborate with 3rd parties and internal project teams to deliver solutions - Work closely with clients to understand their business needs
