Spencer Clarke Group are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support mainstream secondary schools across the region.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students access learning, develop confidence and achieve their individual goals.
You will support a diverse range of learners, including students with:
* SEND requirements
* Autism and ADHD
* SEMH needs
* Communication and interaction difficulties
* Literacy and numeracy gaps
* Behavioural and emotional support needs
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting teaching and learning within the classroom
* Working with individual students and small groups
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and delivery
* Supporting students who require additional guidance
* Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
* Helping create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
We Are Looking For Individuals Who:
* Have experience working with children or young people
* Are positive, adaptable and reliable
* Have excellent interpersonal skills
* Can build strong relationships with students and staff
* Are committed to helping young people succeed
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Youth Worker, Support Worker, Sports Coach or similar role would be advantageous but is not essential.
