Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across complex logistics and project operations.
The HSE Manager will work closely with project management teams, supply chain partners, and operational teams to implement, monitor, and improve safety systems and procedures. You will play a key role in ensuring safe cargo movements, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement across project activities.
Key responsibilities include:

Implementing and auditing HSE policies, procedures, and systems

Monitoring contractor and supplier safety performance
*
Conducting risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety reviews
*
Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions
*
Supporting compliance with dangerous goods and hazardous materials regulations

Maintaining safety records, reports, and compliance documentation
*
Promoting best practice and driving a positive safety culture
*
Supporting operational teams and ensuring regulatory compliance
The HSE Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient project environment.
Skills & experience:
To succeed as an HSE Manager, you should have:

NEBOSH certification or equivalent HSE qualification
*
Lead Auditor qualification or equivalent (preferred)
*
Minimum 4 years HSE experience within logistics, energy, or industrial sectors
*
Experience in project logistics, transport, or supply chain operations
*
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance requirements
*
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
*
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
*
Proficiency with MS Office and reporting systems
