Specialist, Technology Solutions and Digital Products
At APL Logistics, we focus on connecting supply chains across Automotive, Consumer, Industrial, and Retail sectors globally. We are looking for a new colleague to join our Technology Solutions team to support operational processes and product development, assisting with the implementation of solutions in the appointed region. The role works hybrid in the UK.
Responsibilities
* Participate in consultation sessions to gather stakeholders’ requirements and needs
* Translate business needs into requirement definitions
* Document the whole product development lifecycle and analyze data
* Provide technical input on quality gaps to the development team to improve product quality
* Assist in the preparation of quality testing and follow up with the respective stakeholders
* Support training for various APLL teams for product familiarization and product launch flows
* Serve as the first point-of-contact for customer‑related issues; provide ongoing and post‑implementation support
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related fields
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience in similar roles
* Previous experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain sectors
* Skilled at working with cross‑functional teams
* Able to manage a product backlog and work with stakeholders to prioritize tasks
* Fluent in English to a high‑level
