We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Head of Pre-Sales and Solutioning. This senior role plays a pivotal part in connecting our Product and Operations teams with Commercial and Sales, ensuring our technology and data capabilities are translated into compelling, market-ready solutions that drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and business growth. This is a high-impact position requiring a blend of technical expertise, commercial insight, and cross-functional leadership. Main Tasks & Responsibilities Location: UK (Remote) ️ Senior Leadership Role 1. Solution Design & Architecture Lead the development of integrated technology and data solutions tailored to customer needs. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape scalable and repeatable solution frameworks. Drive solution design informed by customer insights, market trends, and internal and partner technology capabilities. 2. Commercial Enablement Work closely with sales and business development teams to craft winning solution strategies and proposals. Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions. Provide strategic support during client engagements, including presentations, demos, and workshops. 3. Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as the key liaison between Product and Commercial teams to ensure alignment on solution capabilities, market feedback, and roadmap priorities. Foster collaboration across delivery, operations, and finance to ensure solution feasibility, pricing accuracy, and delivery readiness. Influence product strategy through market intelligence gathered from presales activities. 4. Performance & Incentives Own presales pipeline performance metrics, including solution win rates, revenue influence, and conversion ratios. Drive commercial success through deal closures, revenue growth, and solution profitability. Establish and continuously improve KPIs, presales processes, methodologies, and tools. Required Experience & Skills 10–15 years of experience in technology or data-driven organizations, with at least 5 years in presales or solutioning leadership. Proven success in designing and winning complex, high-value technology or data solutions. Deep understanding of data platforms, analytics, AI/ML solutions, cloud technologies, and enterprise software—especially in the RWD/E context. Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to link technical capabilities to commercial outcomes. Core Competencies Strategic thinking and commercial orientation.
