What You'll Need to Succeed
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN, ideally in a school setting
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
