Customer Liaison Officer Temp - Perm contract Mixture of on site and office based working £15.00per hour The role of a customer liaison officer is to act as the 'voice and face' dealing with the various enquiries and issues that the diverse customer base will have, relating to the various types of works our operational team and sub-contractors perform in their residential home The customer liaison officer will be responsible for supporting our operational team through both administrational and face to face support. Achieving and exceeding customer expectations, through cooperation with clients, customers and internal teams, ensuring our repair and improvement work is carried out with minimal impact to the customer. Whilst also ensuring we add Social Value to our communities where we are working. Experience: Essential Experience of delivering social value and a customer focused service in a client facing environment. Experience of working within the social housing sector. Strong Administration/Time management skills
