Join HFG’s Finance desk, where you’ll partner with leading insurers, reinsurers, Lloyd’s syndicates, and brokers across the UK and beyond. We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant with 1–2 years of experience to take on a warm and high-potential desk in a well-established market.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing full 360 recruitment across finance and accounting roles
* Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Attending client meetings and industry events
* Collaborating across our specialist desks to maximise opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
* 1–2 years of recruitment experience (professional services)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A confident self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust environment
* Finance recruitment experience desirable, but not essential.
