Due to a huge expansion plan, they’re now able to recruit a Sales Director to manage multiple sales and success teams and drive their turnover from £10 million to £100 million over the next 3 years. What You'll Do * Own and scale all revenue-generating functions — marketing, sales, and customer success * Develop and execute revenue strategies to expand recurring revenue * Build and lead high-performance teams across demand generation, funnel optimisation, and customer acquisition * Lead global expansion initiatives and unlock new verticals, channels, and markets * Collaborate with the CEO and exec team to align growth with product, brand, and customer success The Candidate * Proven success in scaling a recurring revenue businesses (training, coaching, SaaS, membership, or similar) * A track record of taking companies from multi-million to tens (or hundreds) of millions in revenue * Deep expertise in brand building, performance marketing, and conversion strategy * Experience recruiting and leading high-performing sales and marketing teams * Passion for empowering entrepreneurs and disrupting traditional industries * Ability to commute into Peterborough
