SEN Teaching Assistant
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to students with special educational needs, ensuring their educational and social development. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
* Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for students.
* Support the classroom teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Help students with personal care and mobility, if required.
* Monitor and record student progress and behaviour.
* Collaborate with the SENCO and other professionals to support student development.

* Relevant experience working with students with special educational needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience and empathy towards students with diverse learning needs.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Understanding of special educational needs and inclusive education practices.
* Relevant qualifications in special education or related field (desirable).
