This opportunity is ideal for a Family Solicitor with 5+ years PQE who is looking to combine high-quality private family work with a genuine leadership role. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of privately funded matrimonial and family matters, including financial settlements, while also mentoring and developing a small team.
The role will involve:
• Managing family and matrimonial matters from instruction to resolution
• Handling complex financial settlement cases
• Leading and supporting junior solicitors and support staff
• Contributing to departmental strategy and business development
