This role will see you working as part of a small team and ensuring excellent customer service is provided to their clients. Duties include: Support a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Answering customer and client enquiries via telephone and email Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner Keeping record of customer interactions Processing customer orders and returns Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience The successful candidate will have previously experience within a similar role, have a high attention to detail, and the ability to manage their own workload.
