What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop and implement a best-in-class Supply Chain Strategy aligned with project priorities.
* Lead relationship meetings with key supply partners and drive performance through KPIs and dashboards.
* Analyse market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
* Champion continuous improvement, lean processes, and digital transformation.
* Embed sustainable procurement practices and enable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Who We’re Looking For
* A proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and negotiation.
* Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.
* Experience in construction or civil engineering supply chains (desirable, not essential).
* Ability to challenge norms, influence stakeholders, and deliver innovative solutions.
* Knowledge of legal frameworks and contract law.
