Oxford City Council's Youth Ambition team is seeking dynamic, enthusiastic activity leaders to support youth clubs and summer programs in Oxford's regeneration areas.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated activity leaders who are:
* Able to build positive relationships with young people
* Keen to make a difference in the lives of young people
* Able to manage their time and prioritise tasks effectively
* Eager to learn, grow, and develop new skills
* Team players who takes responsibility and adapts well to change
* Passionate about contributing to the success of the team and making a positive impact
We are particularly interested in candidates with any of the following skillsets: sports coaching (any), art and design, music, media, performing arts, science and technology.
We asked a group of young people what skills, experience and character they think the ideal candidate should have. They said the ideal worker should have a friendly, fun and happy personality and previous experience of working with children and young people.
