Role Description
Knotwood UK is hiring a full-time Internal Sales Representative to manage and grow customer relationships, handle enquiries, support the sales process, and help drive revenue. You will promote our aluminium products, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Interaction: Act as the main contact for inbound enquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Sales Support: Assist with product selection, pricing, and prepare accurate quotations.
* Order Management: Process orders and coordinate with production and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
* Product Knowledge: Stay informed on product ranges and industry trends; provide technical support as needed.
* Sales Growth: Identify new opportunities, follow up leads, and up-sell/cross-sell products.
* Database Management: Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales metrics.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, production, and logistics teams.
Qualifications & Skills
* 2+ years internal sales experience, ideally in aluminium/manufacturing.
* Strong communication, sales, and organisational skills.
* Technical aptitude and familiarity with building products.
* CRM and Microsoft Office experience.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
Working Conditions
* Office-based with occasional site visits.
* Full-time, Monday–Friday, hybrid options.
* Salary: £25,000–£38,000, depending on experience.
