Vertu Motors – F & I Development Manager
Due to business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an F&I Development Manager to join our team. This role will support our Nissan, Renault, Peugeot and Hyundai dealerships across the South of the country.
This is a full‑time permanent role offering a £50,000 basic salary with an OTE £70,000 plus a company car and other company benefits. As this role supports operations across multiple sites, including Derby & Leicester, Northampton and Exeter, regular travel and overnight stays will be required.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with senior management to agree and measure performance against finance and insurance plans.
* Identify coaching and training requirements, ensuring a consistent sales process is followed to drive sales and F&I performance levels in conjunction with senior managers.
* Assist sites that require additional development and support.
* Coach and motivate team members, build relationships, influence and drive dealership performance to exceed set plans and objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experienced F&I Manager or accomplished Sales Manager / Business Manager looking for the next step in their career.
* Results‑oriented with a proven track record of over‑performance.
* A democratic coaching style that gains buy‑in from teams.
* Passionate about development.
* Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
* Excellent planning, organisational and influential communication skills.
