A great opportunity to join a well-established, fast-growing manufacturing business who are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and high-performing Customer Service team.
This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships while managing a varied workload. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders, enquiries and issues are handled efficiently and professionally.
The role
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will:
Review and process customer orders ensuring they are processed within agreed timescales
Provide prices, lead time, delivery and stock availability information
Act as the interface between customers and internal teams including Planning, Procurement and Finance
Resolve customer complaints and credit queries effectively
Maintain accurate customer records and provide proactive customer support
Work closely with sales teams to keep them informed of customer activity and changes
About you
Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
Comfortable managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Commercially aware with excellent communication and organisational skills
Manufacturing experience desirable
Knowledge of another language - desirable
Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office / Excel
Able to commit to a full time, office-based role with a realistic daily commute
Working hours
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
30-minute unpaid lunch break
Package:
33 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)
Salary Sacrifice Pension - Employer 6%, Employee minimum 3%
