A fast-growing, performance-driven brand is looking for a Digital & Graphic Designer to create high-impact, high-volume creative. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, producing content that not only looks great but drives clicks, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce high volumes of static and video ads for Meta and TikTok
* Edit short‑form, platform‑native video content
* Adapt and version creatives across multiple formats
* Design landing pages and digital assets in Figma
* Support rapid testing and iteration of creative
* Maintain brand consistency while working at speed
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver performance‑driven work
Skills & Requirements
* 2+ years' experience in digital or performance design
* Strong Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills
* Experience with short‑form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
* Understanding of paid social formats (Meta & TikTok)
* Ability to work quickly and manage high output
* Comfortable iterating based on feedback and performance data
* Interest in using AI tools within your creative process
Salary & Benefits
Up to £35,000 per annum
