We are working with a client in Nottingham who is seeking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant to strengthen their Industrial & Logistics division. This position will focus on both temporary and permanent placements, requiring a confident professional with strong business development skills and sector knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain client relationships within the industrial and logistics markets.
* Proactively generate new business opportunities and manage existing accounts.
* Source, screen, and register suitable candidates in line with client requirements.
* Manage the recruitment cycle from initial briefing to successful placement.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and company processes.
* Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through advertising, networking, and referrals.
* Consistently meet agreed activity, billing, and service delivery targets.
Qualifications
* Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the industrial/logistics sector.
* A proven track record in developing new business and growing client accounts.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
* High levels of organisation, resilience, and self-motivation.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
* Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
