Responsibilities
1. Lead delivery of terminal projects including security infrastructure, passenger processing areas, and retail/commercial fit-outs
2. Manage full project lifecycle from design and planning through to construction and handover
3. Ensure compliance with aviation security regulations and airport operational requirements
4. Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders including operations, security, commercial, and contractors
5. Manage programme, budget, risk, and change control, with clear reporting to senior stakeholders
6. Support phased delivery to minimise disruption to airport operations and passengers
7. Act as client-side lead across design and delivery teams
Requirements
Essential:
8. Experience delivering airport terminal or passenger-facing infrastructure projects
9. Strong understanding of airport operations and aviation security environments
10. Proven ability managing regulated, safety-critical projects
11. Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple disciplines
12. Proficiency with MS Project or P6
Desirable:
13. Experience with aviation security infrastructure or screening facilities
14. Retail/commercial fit-out experience in airports or transport hubs
15. Knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks
16. Experience delivering phased works in live environments
Qualifications
17. APM, RICS, or equivalent project management qualification preferred
