Fully Remote Recruitment Consultant (360)
Some recruiters want a warm desk, pre-loaded clients, and someone else doing the hard graft.
This isn’t that job.
This is a true 360 recruitment role for someone who wants to build their own desk, win their own clients, and own the whole process end to end.

You’ll be an experienced IT / Tech Recruitment Consultant working in any sector within the tech space - Software, Data, AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Product, Infrastructure – whatever your speciality is, you can do it here!
Geography? Also your call - UK, US, Europe, Middle East – if you understand the market, you go for it.
Also, this can be contract, perm or a dual desk, whatever works for you.
You will need to have at least 2 years experience in a 360 IT/Tech Recruitment Consultant role for this one, so it wouldn’t be right for anyone who hasn’t won their own clients before I’m afraid.
You’ll get to work directly with the owner of the business, not layers of management, and you’ll have genuine influence over how the business grows.
There is no pre-set, one-size-fits-all commission scheme here – as one of the first hires for the business, you’ll be able to sculpt your own commission scheme.
For more experienced recruiters who want more than just commission, equity options are on the table too.
To summarise:
* £30,000 – £60,000 base salary (depending on experience and setup)
