Fire Risk Assessment Trainer \n\nLocation: - Remote (1 Week per Month from home) With Regular Travel around UK\nType:Permanent, Full Time - (Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00pm)\nSalary:£38-45,000 per annum\nAdditional: Car allowance (£3600 p/a), Company Pension (2:1 up to 10%), Car Allowance, 24 days Annual Leave, Private Medical, Enhanced Sick Pay, On-site Gym/Pool, Flexible Working.\n \nRussell Taylor Group has a fantastic opportunity for two Fire Risk Assessment Trainer to join a national company providing Training nationally with both classroom (based at HQ), various locations across the UK and online training. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry with secure knowledge & experience.\n\nThe Role:\n• Prepare and conduct training courses across both Classrooms and Teams.\n• Assess and Mark assessment activities whilst providing SMART objectives and methods of improvement. Acting as the tutor for group of learners providing guidance throughout the learning journey.\n• Assist with the communication of new / updated training information whilst contributing to the mentoring of other trainers.\n• Complete all preparation and admin activities as laid out in the company handbook and policies.\n• Maintain records of the learner's progress.\n• Provide technical information in relation to the size and complexity of requests for tailored assignments.\n• Liaise with Clients directly to deliver Service Level Agreements whilst ensuring all content is delivered as requested.\n• Maintain update to with the market and its industry developments.\n• Design, deliver and maintain CPD / qualification courses as required- Taking ownership for your own professional growth.\n• Support internal quality assurance methods.\n\nThe Person:\n• Extensive experience in the Fire Safety industry.\n• Qualification of fire risk assessments.
\n• Previous Teaching / Training experience- passion for education.\n• Good communication ability to identify the needs of clients and to deliver complex information to learners of all levels.\n• Ability to give constructive feedback.\n• Relationship builder\n• Excellent time management skills.\n• Motivator and positive attitude.\n• Must be willing to travel regularly\n\nImportant Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
