* Telephone Enquiries

* Man Reception & Front Gate

* Monitor Live Chat

* Monitor Email Accounts

* Send Brochures

* Send and Frank Post

* Job Packs – Processing Sales

* Issue Checklist Letters to Clients and Designers

* Sold Jobs Emails & Declared Sales Tracker - keep track, chase outstanding job packs

* Deposit Payments - keep track, chase colleagues/designers for outstanding deposits

* Designer Show Site Appointments

* Designer Training with Commercial Team

* Send APC Consignments & Create PO's

* Keep a Log/Track APC courier Parcels – Approve or Dispute (late delivery etc.)

* Sign off APC courier Weekly Invoices

* Stationary Orders/Generate Labels on Royal Mail Account

* Sign off Royal Mail Weekly Invoices

* Branded/Stationary Orders (Polybags, Letterheads, Quote Paper/Folders, Contract Pads, Graph Pads etc.)

* Monitor Stationary Stock/Stock Room

* Sign off Window Cleaner Invoices for Show Sites

* Sign off Waste Disposal Invoices for Show Sites

* Sign off Chef Invoices

* Liaise with Director and Sign off Invoices

* Sign off Stationary Order Invoices

* Sort Ad Hoc Receipts and Sign off related Invoices

* Timesheets

* Monthly Stock Take

* Letters & Pro Forma Invoices for Commercial Director

* Update Costings for Estimation Department

* Prepare Commercial Invoices for Operations Director

* Purchase Orders for Planning Department for Reports and Surveys

* Look after Email Groups (Ensure people in correct groups/add/remove new starters/leavers)

* Liaising with IT department on any unused accounts/active licenses

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
