The successful candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an ECT with solid curriculum knowledge
Be confident teaching English across KS3–KS4
Bring strong classroom management and a positive, engaging teaching style
Be committed to inclusive education and supporting the wider life of the school
Demonstrate enthusiasm, flexibility, and a collaborative approach
